Tea Preparation:
7 g of herbal tea (about 7 heaping teaspoons) per liter of filtered or soft, boiling water; let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Also tastes good with honey.
Tea amount: 7g / l
Temperature: 100°C
Steeping time: 5 - 10 min.
